The freehold District 15 Condominium of Meyer Blue is jointly developed by the renowned developers of UOL Group Limited (UOL) and Singapore Land Group Limited (SingLand).

A subsidiary formed by the two developers, United Venture Development (Meyer) Pte. Ltd., will be responsible for the development of Meyer Blue Condo.
